Pleasure and it's meaning in life. Are we distorting
by isolating it.
Nothing can be sustained in isolation.
Pleasure on it's own is fleeting. It is not a goal. The moment you have a goal to
pleasure or to please you are in struggle. The goal itself limits you and creates pain while you believe you are
feeling pleasure. The pursuit of pleasure creates stress and anxiety in the brain. When you pursue it this tells
you that you lack it, that you do not have it. This creates stress hormones. When you stop and satisfy this search
with anything you believe to be satisfying this gives you a false sence of satisfaction. Shortly you are in search
again for what you associate with fulfillment. This however triggers perpetual loop of anxiety. In this video an
